ADMISSION PROCEDURE

A candidate seeking admission to school shall get himself/herself registered at the school office with duly filled-in application form [available at school counter] on or before the last date of registration. Admission is done after counselling by the school.

Admission to Nursery- STD-I

  • Nur. Age:- 2 years to 3 years(As on 31st March)
  • L.K.G Age:- 3 years to 4 years(As on 31st March)
  • U.K.G Age: - 4 years to 5 years (As on 31st March)
  • STD I Age: - 5 years to 6 years (As on 31st March)
  • Note: - Minimum requirement of age is mentioned.

ADMISSION TO STD II – STD IX

For classes II onwards no student will be admitted without submitting the school Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate of the School attended last. Admission will be based upon the vacancies available in the School.

ADMISSION – STD. XI

Prospectus and Admission form for admission to std. XI will be available at the school counter form the month of April . Last date of registration, date of admission, eligibility criteria and selection procedure will be displayed on hte notice board of the school.

REQUIREMENT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

  • For Nursery to Std. I
    • Original Birth Certificate from Govt. Reg. Office along with Xerox Copy.
  • For Std II to Std IX
    • Original Transfer Certificate from any Recognised school.
  • For Std. XI & XII
    • Transfer Certificate (Original Copy)
    • Character Certificate (Original Copy)
    • Xerox Copy of class X Mark sheet.
    • Migration Certificate [Original Copy] (applicable to the students other than C.B.S.E Board)
    • Recent Black & White photographs, three copies(passport sized) with the name & date of photography.
  • Note :
    1. Date of Birth once entered can not be subsequently changed.
    2. Application is liable to be rejected if these instructions are not followed fully.

SCHOOL RULES AND DISCIPLINE

Parents are requested to note the following points :-

  1. During the school hours your wards are under the supervision of the school administration. Hence, no request should be made to take the wards out when the classes are going on.
  2. Students are required to be regular in attendance, diligent in their work and neat & clean in their uniform and body.
  3. The school is not responsible for any lost goods of the students. They must be careful about their belongings.
  4. Parents are requested to meet the Principal whenever they are called for.
  5. Parents are requested to make available all the requirements of their wards as per the instructions of the school authority.
  6. Any requisite information concerned with the student`s performance will be sent to the parents either directly by the Principal, Vice Principal or through concerned class teachers.
  7. Monthly School fee must be deposited latest by 20th of every month positively. Failing the schedule penalty will be charged by the school.
  8. Fees once paid will not be refunded. A student of Std XI has to study for two consecutive years to get back his caution money deposit.
  9. Parents are requested to check the diary regularly and to see the school calendar for their future planning

GUIDELINES FOR THE STUDENTS

  1. Students should always bring their diaries to school and present when asked for.
  2. It is an act of indiscipline to leave the classroom without permission.
  3. Books, other than text books or library books and magazines brought to the school, are liable to be confiscated.
  4. The school will not be responsible for lost of any belongings. Students are advised not to bring valuables like costly watches, rings, ear rings, cash and cell Phones/Mobiles etc.
  5. Bicycles must be locked. Riding bicycles or motor bikes in the school compound is strictly prohibited.
  6. Students should obey house prefects, class monitors and other students on duty.
  7. Students should attend school in proper uniform.

GUIDELINES FOR THE PARENTS

  1. Please look into your son's/daughter's/ward's school calendar everyday and ensure that the assigned home works are done regularly.
  2. Please countersign the remarks made in the school calendar and advise your child suitably.
  3. Please help your child to develop all his potentialities by means of devoted & honest participation in the curricular and co-curricular activities of the school and also help him/her to love and practise punctuality and timely attendance.
  4. Please avoid writing your opinion or suggestion in the school calendar. Also please do not enter into correspondence with teacher on progress of your ward. Please meet the Principal/Vice Principal / In-charge who will be glad to discuss all issues in the presence of the Concerned teachers.
  5. A student who uses unfair means during test will be given zero in that subject and a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in expulsion of the student from the school.
  6. A student who repeats the same class twice will not be allowed in any case to continue for the next year.

ASSEMBLY & MORAL INSTRUCTIONS

To imbibe the moral values in the students, each working day starts with morning assembly through recitation of prayers, patriotic songs & quotations. Stress is laid on the universal aspects and eternal values of Indian culture. Students get introduced to rich spiritual heritage of Indian Philosophy which transcends the narrow limits of cast, colour, language and creed. The academic and co-curricular activities go a long way in building up an atmosphere in which infants minds get unconsciously exposed to the time honoured and universal values of life. Short speeches are delivered by students and by the invited guests on a variety of subjects such as good manners, hygienic habits and important events of day-to-day's life besides references from lives of great personalities. Assembly disperses with singing on National Anthem.

WITHDRAWALE

  1. If a student remains absent for continuously three months without prior permission, it will be considered as a left out case and his/her Roll will be struck off from the class Register. In this case, Re-Admission will be made only at the payment of Rs. 100/- as Re-Admission charge along with monthly fine
  2. If the Tuition fee of a student remains unpaid for continuous three months, the Name/Roll will be struck off and Re-Admission will be made only on the payment of Rs. 100/- as Re-Admission charge along with monthly fine.
  3. A written application must be submitted 15 days in advance to the school by the parents/Guardians for the Transfer Certificate on desired date.
  4. Transer Certificate will be issued only after the clearance of all the dues.
